Romantic Wedding Inspiration

Romantic weddings are timeless elegant classics. I love the idea of using gorgeous lace, a bit of sparkle, soft colors, soft billowy fabrics, fluffy white and blush florals, and candlelight.

I love the idea of using soft colors, such as blush, peach, and champagne for a elegant romantic wedding.

For the wedding dress, go for something that's soft, elegant and flowing, adorned with exquisite lace and crystal or beaded embellishments.

Add ambiance to your wedding with lighting as it can completely transform a venue from drab to dreamy. Dim the lights and use fairly lights throughout the draping to create a magical, fairytale effect. Candles are the easiest and most economical choice. Chandeliers are also becoming popular as they are seen hanging from trees for an outdoor wedding, or hanging from the rafters in a country barn wedding.

Use soft lovely linens, such as tulle, organza, and lace to adorn your tables or use them to create ruffles or drapes. Decorate chairs with white chair covers and tie a white organza sash or bow or cover the tables with white table cloths all the way to the floor. Decorate the hall in the same soft elegance by draping the walls with white fabric.

A botanical garden or park is a popular choice for a romantic wedding. You might also consider a vineyard, or meadow.

No matter the style or theme, when isn’t a wedding romantic? A truly romantic day is all about your personal taste, but with a little bit of inspiration, you can have the romantic wedding day that you’ve always dreamed of.
