The escort card table and the escort cards are one of the first things your wedding guests will see at the reception so they have to be both stunning and practical. Think of a creative and unique ways that'll work for your Louisville wedding. Just remember to make sure your escort card display will be able to assist your friends and family to their seats.

Below are some of the different ways to display your “escort cards.” Use these ideas as inspiration to create your own. Enjoy!

All framed up!  Frame a pretty fabric over pinboard in a large frame and use pretty tacks to display your seating chart.

Line them up! Arrange and line them up neatly on the escort table. Create an eye-catching display of flowers, candles, trees or branches or make your own custom made structure.

Pack them up! Creatively fill up a vintage suitcase with decor (like mounds of snowy white babysbreath, moss or wheat grass) and tuck cards right in.

Tag and hang them! Tags are a genius and budget friendly place card option.  They look beautiful when strung across a vintage gate, door or framed fabric.

Serve them Drinks! A refreshing drink for your guests to enjoy as they mingle and locate their table.  I love this idea especially for a hot weather.  Purchase bottled a bottled beverage, tuck in a pretty paper straw & tie on your place card.
