Pretty Wooden Signage
Photo by Sugar and Charm via The Sweetest Occasion
Here's a great wood burning DIY for a rustic, garden wedding. I found this wonderful project over at The Sweetest Occasion. Here's a way to create your own wood-burned sign, using any font and style your want. It's really simple and really fun to do. Read below for the tutorial. Enjoy!

Supplies and Materials Needed
  • Wood burning kit (You can order and buy this at Joann.com)
  • Wooden Planks
  • Charcoal Pencil
  • White Paper
  • Printer

Directions
  1. Create your design for your wooden sign on paper and adjust the size until it fits perfectly on the wood piece. You can use your computer to help you out.
  2. Turn the paper over and with charcoal pencil, trace the back of your design. Trace hard enough so the charcoal will transfer onto the wooden plank.
  3. Place the paper on the wooden plank with the charcoal side facing down and press firmly on the letters to make sure they transfer to the wood.
  4. With the wood burning tool, start to trace and fill in the outline of the letters or design.

Head on over {here} to see the complete tutorial.
