Louisville Wedding Venues : Cathedral of the Assumption

Louisville Wedding Venues: Cathedral of the Assumption

Being a Roman Catholic, I would definitely love to have a church wedding. One of my choices as wedding venues in Louisville would be the Cathedral of the Assumption located in the downtown area. It has a beautiful space for the wedding liturgies.  The church was built in the 1830s and was recently re-done. This church was obviously gorgeous. The services which are provided for all weddings include: Use of the worship space, Organist, Cantor, Altar Server and Wedding Assistant. I have heard that the cathedral staff was very accommodating in terms of planning weddings. In my opinion, I think you don’t really need to do a lot of decorating because the place is so gorgeous. If you try to decorate this wedding venue with flowers, it would cost you tons of money because the space is so expansive. It’s better to try to just work with the natural beauty of the location.
